RENTING RULES AND REGULATIONS
- Apartment can be rented to maximum 6 people at the time for minimum stay of one week. Check in time saturday 5PM, check out time saturday 10PM.
- We are renting apartment to one group of people only, so the place belongs only to you at the time.
- All prices are inclusive of: water, electricity, heat, bedding, towels, fully equipped kitchen, apartment cleaning services before and after the stay, and taxes.
- A 20% non refundable deposit is payable on booking and the rest is payable two weeks in advance of the commencement of the stay. If bookings are made less than four weeks in advance of the commencement of the stay, the whole amount is payable at this time. The luck of payment will result in cancellation of the previous reservation as well as keeping the deposit.All payments can be made by secure bank transfer or credit card payment via DOTPay system available on our site. After contacting the owner, there is also a possibility of paying the rest of the amount in cash during the first two days of your stay.

- A 500PLN breakages cash deposit will be taken at the arrival, which is refundable after the stay.
Dear Guests, our prices depend on the season as well as the length of your stay. During the low season (if there is possibility), we offer the option of shorter stay (minimum 3 days) and possibility of different (then just Saturday) day of arriving. In the same time, we would kindly like to remind you that the high season (summer and holidays) tend to be very popular. Please take this in consideration and book your stay as soon as possible. To show our appreciation, we offer 5% discount to our returning Gusts and the friends they recommend.
